Lead C# Developer

Our client requires an experienced developer who is looking for a role that will provide them with the opportunity to quickly move into a Team Lead position, at this well-established, but quickly expanding software house. The role is based in their contemporary new offices in the heart of Ashford.
For this role we are looking for an experienced C# developer, but practical working knowledge of Kotlin, Flutter, Swift and Java would also be of great interest. Initially, you will be working on our client's main SaaS platform, but with the opportunity to get involved with some of the most modern technologies such as AR & VR.
You will need to be proficient in C# and you will also gain exposure to a huge variety of API Integrations and partners, including advertising and subscriptions platforms, CRM databases, social sign-on and analytics providers.

Technical Requirements required of the C# Lead Developer:
· An excellent understanding and practical working knowledge of C# .net technologies
· Working knowledge of languages such as Kotlin, Flutter, C#, Swift, Java would be advantageous
· A solid understanding of OOP
· Desire to learn from and improve the current suite of products
· Ability to coach and mentor Junior Developers
· Able to lead small projects from definition through to implementation
· Experience of using best practices for UX and component design
· Experience of GIT source control
· Understanding and practical experience of Scrum Agile development methodologies
· In depth experience of using Jira

Key Attributes required of the C# Lead Developer:
· Able to provide leadership to other team members from both behavioural and technical perspectives
· Be passionate: The team has enthusiasm, drive and motivation. You will need to demonstrate that you care and are passionate about what you do
· Have fun: Our client believes that in order to deliver your best you need to have fun at work. There is pressure to get things done and deadlines to meet, but they want everyone to enjoy what they are doing
· Team relationships: You will need to co-operate effectively within a team of diverse people and build professional relationships with your team and senior management
