We are an established company based in West Farleigh and we are looking to recruit a Accounts Assistant to join our growing company.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience
Hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
The Job role will include:
Processing purchase and sales invoices
Reconciling supplier statements
Credit Control
Raising purchase orders
Posting bank receipts
Completing supplier credit account forms
Carrying out customer credit checks
Summarising project labour hours in excel
General adhoc accounts duties
The successful candidate will have previous sales and purchase ledger experience, Sage experience, attention to detail and an AAT qualification is desirable but not essential. Only short listed candidates will be contacted.
