Our client is seeking to appoint an outstanding HR Manager & Head of Operations.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a school is desirable but not essential. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is seeking to develop their experience and skills in an organisation`s business operations, potentially with a view to becoming an Operations Director/Chief Operating Officer.

The successful candidate must be able to work in a busy environment and provide efficient and high-quality support to the Finance and Resources Director in a variety of school functions, including management of human resources and the student admission process.

The post holder will also be required to provide support and can develop skills and experience in other operational areas including involvement in our current site redevelopment project.
