A very busy 10m+ turnover National M&E contractor based in Bobbing, Sittingbourne (ME10 5BH) require a part time Accounts assistant.
Reporting directly to Finance Manager, the role will be varied and cover all aspects of accounting function.
This role would suit someone who is looking for a job that can work around school runs.
The working hours are very flexible for the correct person, however we envisage Tues/Wed/Thurs 9.30-2.30, so 15-20 hours a week, this is flexible and for the right person can be adjusted
Job Description:
inputting Supplier invoices
Calculation of staff timesheets
Checking staff Expenses
Raising Sales invoices on Service software
Adhoc filing and any other accounting/admin duties required
Credit Control
Immediately Available a real bonus
You must also be:
Excellent microsoft skills
Minimum 5 years experience
Excellent knowledge of Sage Line 50
CIS Scheme knowledge
ACCURATE NUMERICAL INPUTTING
Desire for the job to be done correctly.
