This is a fantastic opportunity for HR systems professional to join one of the worlds most exciting Global Brands in the UK HQ in Central London supporting offices in Spain and Germany
Key Responsibilities
Providing day to day HRIS support for businesses in Germany and Spain, including systems administration, report writing, data integrity audit and end-user support
Supporting Germany and Spain during Employee Central HR System implementation and transition to the ongoing model
Ensures the integrity of data, conducting frequent data audits and working with HR administrators to correct data as needed.
Troubleshoots basic system and technical issues and work with US HRIS team to resolve
Liaison between the payroll vendor and businesses for the payroll interface process, including issue resolution
Prepares accurate and timely monthly management reports
Generate ad hoc reports: extracts data, create formulas, combine/transform data as needed
Creation and maintenance of reporting templates for Germany and Spain
Identify training needs of end-users and develop and provide the necessary training to meet those needs.
Recommends system enhancements and process improvements
Person Specification
Excellent HR systems experience
Demonstrable proficiency in Excel (formulas, vlookups, pivot tables), Word and Powerpoint
Understanding of HR and HR legislation in Germany and Spain
Prior HRIS system implementation and data conversion experience a plus
Experience with data models and table layouts, and report writing tools (i.e. Crystal reports)
Fluency in German, Spanish and English is required
