2nd Line Support Technician/Supervisor- £24,000 - £26,000, Orpington. My client, a specialist IT Service Provider, are looking for a 2nd Line Support Technician/Supervisor to join the Orpington based team. You will be working within an established team of professionals who will all have a similar skill set and background to yourself, so you will be able to interact with likeminded individuals on a daily basis.
In applying for this role, you will have experience in working within IT Support, and have a solid background in 2nd line IT Support, experience of supervising or managing a small team, be a confident/strong decision maker, have a great telephone manner, be confident with dealing with customer enquires clearly and efficiently.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in working in a 2nd line support role (Essential)
* Experience in a Supervisor/Manager role (Essential)
* Experience in call escalation (Essential)
* Knowledge of:
* VMWare
* Windows 10 & 7
* Active directory
* DHCP
* DNS
* TCP/IP
* Full clean driving licence (Essential)
