Clark James Insurance Recruitment are assisting a long established Insurance claims business who are creating a brand new Motor Claims team so are looking for a manager as well as a new team leader to work underneath this person.
We invite candidates to apply today who have any level of management experience within Motor Insurance claims, in particular Third Party, PI or Credit Hire. The successful applicant will be responsible for the management and development of the new claims function where the emphasis will be on delivering class leading performance as standard.
Key Skills Required
• A proven record managing and motivating a team to high performance within Motor Insurance claims
• Detailed knowledge of motor claims processes
• A demonstrably successful background in leading, motivating and developing high class team performance and towards achieving excellent business results.
