My client, a Managed Service Provider, are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join the Ashford based team. You will be working within an established team of professionals who will all have a similar skill set and background to yourself, so you will be able to interact with likeminded individuals on a daily basis.
In applying for this role, you will have experience in working within a 1st Line Support Role, working to strict SLAs, using a ticketing system and good understanding of general IT issues and how to fix them.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in working in a First Line Support Role (Essential)
* Great telephone manger
* Great communication skills
* Knowledge of some of the following:
* VMware / Hyper V
* Windows Servers
* Active Directory, DHCP and DNS, TCP/IP
* Office 365
As a 1st Line Support Engineer working with this company, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of £15,000 - £18,000. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business that you can progress within a business, they have just opened a new overseas office so there is huge potential within this business.
