Responsible for coordinating all finance activities and recommending changes to the financial processes. Maintain financial related tasks set out below following Elite Scaffolding company policies and procedures. Reporting direct to the managing director and working with the directors on all major fee accounts and future plans.

Key Tasks:
• Manage accounts staff & resources to ensure smooth running of accounts team to meet all requirements
• Gather information required for management and with attendance at key final account meetings.
• Reviewing applications and agreeing variations.
• Work closely with MD
• Produce monthly management accounts and job costing analysis and meeting with MD to review
• Maintain & reconcile daily cashflow forecast and long-term cashflow
• Credit control
• Prepare year end for accounts
• Completion of daily lists and scheduling of resources
• Approve purchase invoices payment runs
• Review subcontractor payment runs
• Review and submit VAT return
• Liaising with bank Manager and accountants as per directors’ requests
• Review PNL and job costing information including producing job costing sheet for MD
• Maintain a 2 year projected cashflow forecast
• Review current loans and options for transferring to better suppliers
• Completion of all asset financing and loan financing arrangements for the company

Qualifications / Experience: Qualified accountant with at least 10 years experience working in industry or practice. Good knowledge of excel and Sage Line 50 essential.

Working Hours: 9am - 5pm
