LOCATION: Ashford - your own transport is essential due to the location of the company
HOURS: Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm

* Processing jobs
* Liaising with Project Managers
* Submitting and closing permits
* Assisting in invoicing works
* Diary and e-mail management

* Administration experience working for a Utilities/Construction company is essential
* Project Management experience
* Experience scheduling and co-ordinating engineers
* MS Office
* Excellent attention to detail
