Groundworker Gatwick Airport £16 per hour CIS CSCS 40+ hours 6 months

Your new company is a civil engineering contractor that performs all aspects of ground works for Gatwick Airport including reinstatement works, utility installation, service diversions and car park installations.


Your new role is to do all aspects of ground works include hand digging, trench shoring, pipe & kerb laying, drainage and operating plant and equipment in the high security areas of Gatwick. This project is part of the £1.1 billion 5-year investment program


What you'll need to succeed is CSCS and substantial experience of ground works and civil engineering, photo ID, proof of NI, proof of address, clean criminal record and pass a five year reference check to facilitate the issue of a Hays air side pass. You will need to attend a Gatwick Induction and online training course. Candidates that hold a CPCS for a dumper or excavator would be advantageous.


What you'll get in return is £16.00 per hour paid CIS on an agency assignment working on a long term basis. Hours of work 08:00-17:00 (8 hours paid) plus overtime dependant on program
