In the first instance you will be the first point of contact for those wishing to make an insurance claim. So this means you will be taking all the basic information to make sure they are passed onto the correct person to deal with their claims. This means you will have to make sure you are asking all the appropriate questions and gaining all the necessary information to correctly pass them on the appropriate team.



Alternatively you could be dealing directly with the customer service side of things where you will be dealing with queries and questions as necessary. Again if necessary you could be escalating the query to the appropriate team if required.

As our client are looking for people to start immediately this role will begin as a temporary contract with it then becoming a permanent role. This is really a permanent role so if you are looking for permanent work this is a great opportunity for you.


In the company the working hours are from 8am to 6pm, working on a 4 week rotational shift pattern. Please be aware that there is also weekend in working required for this role (1 in 2 Saturdays).
