We are a specialist multilingual recruitment consultancy operating nationwide and are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join a small team in our Ashford office. Our customer base ranges from small to medium enterprises exporting to Europe, as well as larger international groups.

Key Responsibilities

-Promote the company’s services across the UK through outbound telephone calls by maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships, and targeting new business as well as re-activating lapsed accounts.
-Maintain the Client Database (includes administration)
-Negotiation of recruitment fees
-Following up on sales leads

Key Skills

Experience in a sales or front line environment
Experience in a business to business environment
Ability to work as a part of a team
Manage and prioritise own workload
Organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive with excellent communication skills
Computer literate
Able to multitask

Hours of work: This is a part time office based role with the opportunity to work 21-30 hours per week over 3-4 days. These hours are to include a Monday and Friday, and a finishing time of 5pm although there is some flexibility on the daily starting time.
