Our Client is a newly renovated Golf club close to Maidstone. They are looking for someone to come and join their team as Head Chef. They are looking for someone with previous experience and has a serious passion for cooking. As Head Chef you will be left to manage the kitchen how you see fit. You will be responsible for managing portion control, waste management, managing rotas, be in charge of ordering and managing your team.
