DSR Global is an IT recruitment consultancy providing worldwide contract and permanent staffing services to international corporations. Due to recent growth in our business we are now looking for an office administrator to support our day to day operations.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Sales data collation
• Contractor compliancy and referencing
• GDPR (data deletion and right of access requests)
• Credit control and documenting process
• Website job postings
• Uploading CV’s and creating candidate profiles in our CRM
• General office management duties – staff holidays, stationery/coffee purchasing, etc
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years office experience with excellent knowledge of Word and Excel. A background in contracts administration and/or credit control are an advantage. Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral), ability to work on own initiative, good attention to detail and excellent numeracy are essential.
You will work closely with our Finance & Contracts Manager as well as having day to day contact with the Sales Director and the sales team.
We have recently moved into a new, spacious and light office. The workplace is fast-paced with a good buzz and a very international feel due the global nature of our business.
We can offer 15 hours per week on Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 9.30-3pm although this can be discussed for the right candidate.
