We are looking for Recovery Workers and Waking Night staff

Variable hour contracts also available for day and night shifts

The Kenward Trust was recognised as Kent Charity of the Year in 2017 and is a nationally respected service. The Trust provides residential rehabilitation and recovery services for people with substance misuse issues. At our Yalding site we deliver our Kenward Community Programme which provides first stage residential treatment for all.

We are looking for caring and professional people who preferable have experience of working within Drug and Alcohol services or similar fields such as Offender Services or Homeless Charities. However we will consider other suitable applicants with transferrable skills.

If you have suitable skills or experience to offer and are able to work across a 7 day rota we would like to hear from you.

Applicants must have the Care Certificate or show willing to work towards achieving one.

This is a demanding but rewarding role and candidates need to be able to work well under pressure, be able to think quickly and use their own initiative. We require strong team players who can build relationships with Residents and embrace diversity
