The Director of Countryside Management is a senior member of the Twig Management team reporting through to the Managing Director.

The Role
The role is responsible for the profitability of Twig’s ecological division.
The role is responsible for managing new and existing customer relationships, delivering ecological and agricultural contracts and projects, pre and post construction on utility schemes and developments, leadership and management of both teams and sub-contractors, and compliance to SHEQ systems and procedures.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
The role will require experience and qualifications within this land-based industry, specifically focussed upon the agriculture, ecology and the environment.
The role will require specific knowledge, skills and experience commercially delivering all facets of:
Reptile and Protected Species Mitigation and Management
Vegetation Clearance
Ground Works
Fencing
Grassland Management
Weed Control
Cultivation
Seeding
Tree and Hedge Planting
Remuneration
The role will pay dependent on skills and experience, with a view of attracting the right individual, circa £45K - £50K per annum, but could be reviewed subject to applicant’s experience.
A package consisting of bonus, pension, and health insurance benefits will be offered.
