Group Marketing Manager - Maternity Cover

Salary: £35,000

Hours: 45 hours per week but can be full or part time (minimum requirement is 3 days per week). There is also flexibility with working from home/remote working.

Location: Tunbridge Wells

This is a maternity cover contract with a proposed start date of 10th November.

The Company:

The company are primarily known for their association with insurance brands; however, the company also have various leisure sites in the South East. This role will oversee the marketing for these sites which comprising of two hotels and an 800-acre outdoor facility site.

The Job Role:

* Oversee strategies for all venues in line with company objectives and budgets.
* Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from creation to execution.
* Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting and performance analysis.
* Work with a key internal stakeholders to share outputs and best practice, securing alignment and buy-in of campaign objectives.
* Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
* Oversee and guide team, in line with strategy, company objectives and requests.
* Manage all marketing requests from site and produce monthly marketing deliveries in line with upcoming campaigns.
* Responsible for recruitment and training for all roles within the marketing team.
* Ensure relevant training and development is carried out amongst team.
* Oversee and manage relationship with third party digital and IT resources.
* Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend. Reconcile on a monthly basis and report to accounts department and stakeholders.
* Keep up to date with evolving trends within the industry.
* Ensure the group's websites are maintained and refreshed on a regular basis.

The Successful Applicant:

* 2 years in a similar role.
* Experience in creation of high quality, marketing communications, social media strategy and execution, digital and performance marketing.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Strong multi-tasking and organisation skills.
