Mortgage Call Handsler
Your background:
* Do you have experience working in customer service with a confident telephone manner?
* Do you have experience of managing account relationships?
* Do you have GCSE's within Maths and English?

The role:
By joining the Broker Liaison Team, you will have the opportunity to take inbound mortgage calls from intermediaries that require information with regards to new lending, further advances and porting. Also supporting the field sales team and resolving queries, providing agreements in principle and delivering a high standard of customer service.
As the Mortgage Call Handler, you will beâ¦
* Receiving calls and providing information to our brokers and dealing with any queries via telephone or webchat effectively
* Conducting daily calls to newly registered brokers to welcome them to the company, providing them with relevant information
* Resolving technical queries and complaints within personal levels of expertise
* Dealing with calls and emails along with communicating with intermediaries, internal and external contacts on outcomes
* Anticipating and maximise full conversion opportunities by feeding back any appropriate information to stakeholders
