We are looking for a Customer Service professional to work for one of our clients based in rural Ashford. Your day to day tasks will include:

* Answering calls
* Booking appointments for VIP customer
* Customer service
* Updating the database
* Following up with customers on any enquiries they have made
* Sending letters and emails
* Providing platinum service to every customer you speak to



To be successful in this role you must have recent customer service experience from an office based role.
