Your new company
A leading housing developer with a reputation for larger inner city schemes, with a long history and offices across the country they are a stable and well respected business with a strong landbank and over 20 current live sites in the region. Due to several new phases starting on new schemes they now seek a site manager to join one of two sites - both rc frame apartment scheme's in either East or South East London, in keeping with the company profile sites are both 150+ unit schemes.

Your new role
As site manager you will work as part of the management team of 4, reporting to a project manager and having your own section of the site to oversee. You will be responsible for sub contract management, quality control, overseeing h&s, morning meetings, troubleshooting and general day to day management.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need clear experience of working as part of the management team on a larger fast moving site, you will also need residential experience and be looking for a long term career move in the SE region, you will hold valid first aid, cscs & smsts qualifications and ideally volume house building experience
