An exciting opportunity has a risen for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a progressive and unique business based in Rochester.
Working within a fast paced Finance team this role will be supported the Head OF Finance with all day to day accounts operations.
The successful candidate will have at least three years experience working within a varied accountancy position and have strong purchase & sales ledger knowledge.
It is essential that you have used SAGE in your most recent role to be able to 'hit the ground running'.
This role is a temporary assignment, therefore this role will require someone who is available immediately!
Key Responsibilities:
* Purchase Ledger
* Sales Ledger
* Credit Control
* Office Administration
* Payroll
* Data input
* Bank Reconciliations
Person Specification:
* At least three years working within a fast paced finance function.
* Strong knowledge of the Sales & purchase ledger function.
* Strong communication skills.
* AAT Qualified or working towards their qualification.
This role is for a an immediate start, therefore unfortunately notice periods will not be considered. If you are immediately available and suitable for this role, there is potential to start as early as next week!
