Estimator required for a high end construction services company based in Croydon.

Salary: £40,000 - £70,0000

Location: Croydon

Start date: ASAP

Requirements:

* A strong background in a similar role
* Knowledge of construction techniques and the associated costs for major building projects, preferably in the value ranger of circa £1m to £50m.
* Highly competent on excel
* CSCS card
* SMSTS certification
* MCIOB Membership desirable
* A recognised estimating/building construction qualification.
* Strong communication skills



Joining the company as an estimator you will undertake the estimating of tenders, negotiating and engage with sub-contractors and suppliers to formulate competitive bids. You will maintain the company integrity whilst minimising risks. You will also be required to assist the companies surveyors with post-tender queries on projects.
