A well-established electrical company based in the East Kent Area is looking for an experienced Electrical Manager to come in and join a successful team.
The right candidate must have a minimum of five years in the Electrical industry and a very strong knowledge of pricing work and running a well established electrical team.
You will also need to have excellent man management skills as you will be looking after a small team of engineers as well as being comfortable dealing with clients and customers.
Key responsibilities for the role will include dealing with all customer enquiries as well as visiting potential customers and being able to price the jobs accordingly.
An element of the role is delegating work to the different installation teams on both the Electrical and Security side of the business.
