We are looking for a New Business Executive to drive future growth by finding and creating new customer accounts.

This is an exciting fast-paced role that focuses on volume outbound calls.

A fully target driven role based on achieving results through volume activity which includes daily call KPIs, conversions of call to sale and new customer acquisition supported with a monthly commission reward package.

Key Duties

* Daily outbound phone calls to new customers across the UK;
* Working on targeted campaigns supported by the Marketing Department;
* Actively promote products and services to increase revenue sales;
* Using and updating company IT systems such as CRM with accurate data entry;
* Work to and exceed daily sales targets and activity KPIs;
* Work as a team with other Telesales executives to develop new approaches, customer scripts and effective ways to provide the customer with a fantastic experience;
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.

This is a temp to perm assignment starting at £9.00/hr increasing to £20,000/pa after passing your probation.

8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Parking on site.

Commission structure once permanent.
