First Line Technical Support - IMMEDIDATE START

£10.00 - £12.50 per hour
Do you have a passion for all things technical? Have you got a keen interest in IT?
The successful candidate for this role will be an individual who wants to use their technical expertise, knowledge and passion to help others resolve their technical issues.
Skills Required:
* A willingness to learn and keep your technology up to date
* A great level of customer service
* Able to explain technical issues to non-technical people
* A good understanding of computing
The successful candidate for this role will be happy to work on a shift pattern that does include weekends
