NETBOX RECRUITMENT LTD, has the great pleasure of working with a client of choice. Based in Maidstone, our client is looking for a driven, professional and competent Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and hardworking office for a temporary period.

THIS IS A VERY REWARDING ROLE!



We are looking for a confident communicator and administrative extraordinaire; delivering the highest level of customer service, managing relationships, gathering important information from clients and ensuring all information gathered is accurately uploaded onto their internal system.



Queries are managed via email, internal systems and via the telephone, so a clear, articulate telephone manner is highly advantageous. Accuracy, an aptitude to prioritise workloads and ability to stay focused on a task from start to finish is a must.



We are looking for individual with:

* Great communication and customer service skills
* Strong administrative skills
* A person who can work efficiently
* Able to work under pressure
* Strong organisational skills
* Has good I.T and data entry skills
* A positive nature
* and MUST be immediately available to start



You will be supporting this company during their busy period, making quality calls to clients in order to obtain information and ensure this is accurately updated onto their systems.
