Sales Coordinator

Salary up to £26K Per annum (Bonus of 4K)

Permanent/ Full Time Position

Monday - Friday (9:00am till 5:30pm)

NETBOX RECRUITMENT LTD, has the pleasure of working alongside one of the most supportive and exciting companies for the local area. This is your opportunity to excel as a Sales Coordinator; responsible for providing excellent customer service, to proactively engage with customers/ clients, account manage and engage in meaningful sales conversations with new clients to achieve 'sales and growth' targets.

Up to 40% of your day will be managing incoming enquires (pricing, quotations and order processing), delivering that exceptional customer service. The rest of your time will be managing existing accounts, proactively gaining new business, outbound call campaigns, technical quote writing, up-selling and continuing to build positive business relationships.

You will be a confident communicator with a flair for B2B sales. You will have a strong sales drive, self-motivated and have proven experience of building and maintaining strong, long lasting relationships with business clients. You will also have proven experience of sales order processing, building quotations and managing accounts.

You will be a dynamic, proactive and sales focused individual, with the drive to push business forward and the competence to ensure the administrative function is completed to a HIGH standard.

Responsibilities:

* Help to achieve the sales and profit targets
* Provide strong, accurate Sales Administration
* Manage customer orders and input them accurately, ensuring box quantities and up-sells are delivered at every opportunity.
* Support and work alongside the Business Unit Manager
* Prepare and follow up detailed and accurate quotations.
* Ensure the sales effort into the market segments, specific companies or areas as specified by the Marketing Plan are achieved and reported on
* Maximise communication opportunities with customers and ensure all opportunities are correctly followed up to maximise sales potential
* To confidently handle outbound phone calls and generate New Business accounts.
* Communicate internally with all departments to achieve customer satisfaction
* Work with other members of the Sales, Marketing, Technical and Business Services teams, to identify issues, propose solutions and take part in projects to contribute to operational and sales efficiency
* To administer the needs of all existing customers, by personal contact by phone, letter and other digital media to ensure complete satisfaction and maximising of sales opportunities
* Where appropriate, work in unison with Customer Service Coordinators to ensure all accounts are fully attended to, and that they are serviced appropriately and profitably
* To adopt customer service standards as directed by the Customer Service Manager
