Knowledge & Experience:

• Carrying out surveys, completing quotations and tenders
• Some Project Management experience within commercial environment
• Good Working Knowledge of Security Systems CCTV, access control, intruder
• Management skills to deliver projects in conjunction with Partnering Companies covering a diverse range of services offered within our Crown Commercial Services Framework
• Understanding & Interpretation of HTM & BS standards
• Understanding of Maintenance Service Levels, profit & loss management
• Full UK Driving Licence

Role will consist of:

• Working predominantly in Kent and occasionally in London/Surrey/Sussex
• Estimating & System Design from survey to issue of proposal
• Project management of works in values between £5k - £75k
• All works in relation to all security and not limited to Access Control & CCTV, Intruder & Nurse Call
• Fire Alarm knowledge/experience is desirable
• Working relationships with Sub-Contractors & suppliers
• Customer liaison to ensure client satisfaction
• Technical Sales Support
• Good organisational skills, responsive and efficient worker
• Presentable and able to converse with clients
• IT skills, familiar with word, excel, outlook, etc.
Must be based in Kent.
