Farrer Barnes is currently working in partnership with a Central London based all-boys school whom are currently seeking to appoint a HR & Operations Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is seeking to develop their experience and skills in an organisation`s business operations, potentially with a view to becoming an Operations Director/Chief Operating Officer.
Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you have demonstrable prior experience within an HR capacity at a similar level and you must have exposure to admissions responsibilities.
The post holder will also be required to provide support and develop skills/experience in other operational areas including involvement in the current site redevelopment project.
