Graduate - Helpdesk/Customer Service
Are you a Graduate with great attention to detail looking for a fantastic opportunity?
Working for a technology company, you will be providing high level first line support to customers, dealing with their enquires via telephone and email.
You will be a first class communicator, confident over the telephone and able to execute exceptional customer experience.
Full product training will be given.
You will be responsible for the following:
* Provide support to system users in multiple countries via the telephone and email.
* Clearly document all communication with system users.
* Resolve user-reported issues and communicate resolution back to system user.
* Escalate system issues to project teams when necessary for resolution.
* Provide input on current support processes and suggest improvements.
* Work collaboratively with application services project teams to ensure full understanding of details of each system they will be supporting.
* Effectively manage issues and the escalation of issues and eventual resolution within agreed upon SLAs.
* Manage the data correction process following details work flows and ensuring appropriate approvals.
* Efficiently and accurately manage first-level data corrections with the system database and/or front-end user interface.
* You'll perform other related duties as required.
Based in East Kent.
This role will work on a shift basis, covering a 24/7 operation.
Therefore, you'll ideally be happy to cover a mix of the following shifts: 13:00-21:00 and weekends. You may be required to cover a night shift.
You will be rewarded with a salary of up to £11.00/hr.
