We currently have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Coordinator for our well-known large client based in Maidstone.

You will be providing quotations to customers, booking site visits for sales staff and engineers, setting up payment plans and taking payments and co-ordinating work programming.

This is a temporary ongoing role with a fantastic rate of pay, £11.95 per hour. You will be working Monday to Friday on a 37-hour week, free parking is available.

There is opportunity for this role to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilites include;

* Taking and resolving telephone queries from internal and external customers.
* Manage the customers journey and acting as the customer's sole point of contact
* Booking site visits for surveyors
* Taking customer payments
* Overseeing jobs from beginning to end in a timely manner while remaining fully compliant

* Have excellent customer service skills.
* Be able to work in a sometimes pressurised environment
* Be able to build relationships with customers, both internal and external
* Be a team player, willing to develop your skills
* Be able to take ownership of a customer's project and be accountable for its performance throughout
