Working within the property industry you will report to the Sales and Marketing Director to support the BDM team.

Key Responsibilities:

To provide back office telephone support to the team of field-based BDM's and the Sales and Marketing Director. To maintain relationships with external introducers and maximize the business opportunities from these relationships.

Duties:

* Enquiries on new cases identifying if case will meet criteria or requires referral for approval
* BDM Support and Marketing information where required
* Identify opportunities and contact brokers from Key Networks and events.
* Arrange broker meetings for BDM's and Sales and Marketing Director
* Where required attend trade shows
* Assist the processing team in taking calls and enquiries
* Create and maintain spreadsheet on competitors information
* Maintain Leads and cases on CRM system

Ideally you will have a CeMAP or similar industry qualification, with knowledge of the buy to let mortgage industry. You will have previous experience in a sales support role with excellent communication skills. Experience of the mortgage process is preferred.
