We are currently recruiting for an Admin/ Accounts Assistant to join this fast-growing business which specialises in building exclusive homes throughout Kent. This is a full time, permanent role based from our Head Office in Tonbridge, Kent.
As an Admin/ Accounts Assistant your key responsibilities will be, but are not limited to the following:
- Ingoing and outgoing post
- Answering the telephone and reception duties
- Invoice processing
- Filing
- Attending to visitors
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Dealing with Management Companies
- Ad hoc tasks as required by other departments.
You will be a well driven individual as, for the right candidate, there will be the opportunity to develop into a full time Accounts Assistant.
You must:
- Have a minimum of 5 GCSE results, including; a pass in Maths and English
- Have an interest in pursuing a career in Accounts
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Have good attention to detail
- Be computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Be numerate
- Have good verbal and written communication.
Desirable:
- Experience in Accounts
- Sage 50 Accounts experience
