Your new role
As the After School Club Manager, you will be leading a team of three teaching assistants in running the schools after school club. The role is 2.45pm to 6.15pm mon-fri with an additional 2.5 hours for administration time each week, which is a total of 20 hours per week for 38 weeks a year. There will be on average around 60 pupils from the age of 4 to 11. You will have interaction with parents, staff and children alike.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience managing children within a classroom or non-classroom based setting. A NVQ L2 or L3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential. You will need to possess a calm and caring manner maintaining a professional manner throughout.

What you'll get in return
This is a permanent position, where your salary will be £18,704-£22,072 (£8,363.77-£9,869.83 pro rota). In addition, you will become part of the school family being an essential member of team.
