We are currently working in partnership with a prestigious and well established business based in South Kent who are a leader in their market. They are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to be part of the senior management team, support the Managing Director and take responsibility for:
- Running the finance and administration function
- Ensuring all relevant financial and KPI information is presented on time
- Producing monthly management accounts as well as identifying and explaining any variances
- Reviewing all balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintaining weekly/monthly/longer term forward cashflow forecasts
- Reviewing and authorising all bank payments
- Preparing monthly intercompany recharges.
- Regularly review and analyse nominal accounts making any changes and corrections where necessary
- Preparing accruals, prepayments, depreciation and other month-end journals
- Completion and submission of quarterly VAT returns, statistical company and other ad hoc financial returns.
This is a great opportunity for a commercially focussed individual who is able to build strong relationships and evolve as the company continues to expand.
