We are recruiting for one of our reputable Financial Services Clients in Kent. They are looking for an HR Business Partner to join their growing team in a dynamic and fast-paced business.
You will be required to formulate the people agenda and partner with managers to develop and implement people solutions aligned to the business strategy. Successful candidates should be technically strong, solutions focussed and pragmatic HR professional who is engaging, credible at all levels with excellent communication skills and is able to influence effectively and build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders within their Corporate functions divisions. You will be responsible for collaborating with the business to fully understand the key business performance issues, objectives and drivers, and associated people requirements for current and future business challenges, co-ordinating the performance and talent management process.
