Our client is an award winning hotel and restaurant group that covers the south of the UK. They are currently looking for a dedicated and organised Chef De Partie to come and join their site in Canterbury. Situated just over 3 miles from Canterbury City centre and 5 miles from Canterbury East station means that you will need to have your own means of transport to get to the site.

This fantastic opportunity is perfect for someone that is looking to get the very best experience and looking to develop their skills within the kitchen. Our Client is highly known and respected throughout the local area and was voted 'Best Places to stay' in The UK top 100 Sunday Times.



As a Chef De Partie you will manage 1 of 4 sections in the kitchen adhering to a menu heavily influenced by the local produce. The ideal candidate will hold people management skills as you will be responsible for the junior members of staff on the section. You will also be given the chance to work on different sections broadening your skill set and knowledge and learning at every given chance.

* Have previous experience working in a ticket order environment



This role is for a Chef de Partie to come and join their team you will be contracted to 48 hours each week which will include working evenings and weekends. It is essential that you have your own means of transport as the site location is hard to get to using public transport. The salary for the role will be between £22,000-£22,500 DOE.
