What will I be doing?

By joining the HR Team, you will have the opportunity to provide effective, accurate and timely administrative support to the HR function of OSB and its subsidiaries.



You will be…



* Maintaining a schedule of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual administrative tasks, using this to ensure that all are actioned in a timely manner
* Assisting the HR team with ad-hoc paperwork as required - providing support to complete monitoring and tracking duties
* Responsible for the collation and checking of all required documentation for new starters and the maintenance of all associated trackers
* Managing the workflow of the HR Apprentice in the UK and HR Administrator based in the OSB India - assigning them administrative tasks for completion
* Responsible for the regulatory EDBS checks and annual financial crime checks
* Assisting the HR team with resolving, monitoring and completing pre-employment screening of new starters



Could you be the one?

* Previous work experience in a HR Administrative role
* Strong knowledge of employee pre-screening requirements
* CIPD qualifications or progression towards qualifications is highly desirable
