HR Analyst - Maidstone - £45,000
An international organisation is looking for a HR Analyst to join their team based in Maidstone paying up to £45,000.
Key responsibilities:
* To produce a range of accurate and timely people MI, reports and insight across the employee life cycle from multiple internal and external data sources
* To interpret the MI and produce quality insight to enable decision making by key stakeholders in the business and HR team
* Report and track on all payroll analysis & headcount reporting
* Analyse and forecast cost of benefits, sales commissions calculations & forecasting
The successful candidate will possess:
* 2-5 years' experience in a similar role, with a finance background
* Advanced user of Excel (pivots, lookup, VBA)
* Demonstrable experience in producing concise/ compelling Insight reports
* You will have strong analytical skills, a passion for data and the ability to get into the detail while also seeing and understanding the bigger picture
