Blue Arrow have a number of schools in the Maidstone area that are looking for catering assistants. You could be working in just one school or have the opportunity to work in a number of lovely schools, gaining experience from each one.
The role will include some food prep (salads, sandwiches, no cooking involved), setting up the dining room and tidying away, dishwasher and washing up. They schools are looking for someone who is a team player and can get stuck in to the roles. Each school has a great team that work with them and needs someone who could slot right in.
The shifts vary from school to school but can be from 9am-3pm, 10am-2pm or 10.30pm-2.30pm
The schools are easily accessible by public transport, Maidstone East and West being the closest stations.
Due to working within a school environment the successful candidates must have an Enhanced DBS, if this is something you do not have Blue Arrow can process one for you.
This is a temporary role but for the right person it could lead to a permanent position.
