HR Director opportunity for an acquisitive SME growth business based in Central London. You will report to the Managing Director and head the HR agenda across the business, as a member on the board, you will make sure the business is creating the right values, culture and behaviours of performance and success. The opportunity would suit someone who enjoys a mix of strategic thinking but also work in the detail to ensure the current HR processes are operationally sound, aligned to growth and fit for purpose for future growth. Successful candidates will have worked in a sales or services environment with mergers and acquisitions experience and a high degree of autonomy. You will have genuine impact on the future success of the people plan.
