Site Manager - Main Contractor

No.1 on site, Working on a North Kent based Education site for a tier 1 Contractor, £competitive + package

A Kent based Main contractor with a long history and enviable orderbook, Building out some of the largest projects currently on site in the South East they now seek several experienced Site manager to help deliver the current and future schemes. Working on a £3-5 million school in North Kent. Your new role
As Site manager you will be no.1 on site overseeing a small site team. You will be responsible for sub contract management, Ensuring health and safety is in place and adhered too, Quality control, Site diary, chairing fortnightly sub contract meetings and generally ensuring the Site is running to programme and budget.

What you'll need to succeed
A stable background with a medium to large contractor is preferred as is evidence of managing £3mill+ projects from start to finish. You will hold the relevant H&S qualifications, SMSTS and CSCS Card and be looking for a long term career move in the Kent/SE region.
