About the Role
The IT Service Desk & End User Computing are small teams providing support to over 500 internal users across two sites. We act as the single point of contact for all IT based Incidents & Requests working primarily within an RDS Thin Client & Apple product environment. The role will be split between the IT Service Desk & End User Computing teams where you will provide outstanding customer service including remote and deskside technical support. All Incidents & Requests will be prioritised and logged in a concise and accurate manner resolving a high level at the first point of contact. The role is varied and includes duties such as supporting remote access, maintenance of CAF software/hardware and mobile estate, performing starter/leavers IT access, performing desk moves etc. Further opportunities to take on Ad-Hoc tasks and project work should they arise.

You will be passionate about support, have a natural drive for success and a mixture of technical and customer service skills.
