Leading Edge is an award winning large packaging printer based in Gravesend in Kent. It supplies major European FMCG Brands and UK retailers with bespoke printed packaging for their products.

With a workforce of 160 staff, and quality at the forefront of our business, we have an opportunity in the business for Production Quality Control Supervisors in our print departments.

You will have an excellent eye for detail and will need to look at the products produced from the customers perspective, you will work very closely with the Print Manager & the Print Production Supervisors to ensure that all process and sign off procedures are followed and where necessary improved.

Experience in a previous quality role would be advantageous but not essential.

You will need to proactive and motivated for this role and show good attention to detail and have the ability to follow written procedures, performing tests and documenting results. You will be educated to at least GCSE grade C standard and have good full colour eye sight.

This role is a rotational shift as follows.
Early Shift: 6am - 2pm Monday-Friday
Late Shift: 2pm - 10pm Monday-Thursday and 10am- 6pm Friday
Night Shift: 10pm - 6am Sunday-Thursday

It would be expected that the shift will revert to 12hrs (6-6) when a member of the quality team are on annual leave.

Salary: From £18500 - £20000 dependent on experience.
