Leeds Castle, is a popular, prestigious venue for conferences, weddings and functions, as well as welcoming 600,000 day visitors each year.
We have an opportunities for full time and part time experienced Receptionists to join the Accommodation team. We welcome many guests who stay in our B&B Accommodation, Holiday Cottages and Glamping site. The Receptionist will handle bookings and also meet and greet all accommodation guests and check them in to their accommodation, helping with luggage and answering any queries they may have.
The role will involve working alternate weekends and bank holidays. The person appointed must be polished and personable with a friendly approach with previous reception experience gained in a hotel environment. The successful candidate will also have experience of KX or Supercontol booking system.
