Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd have a new role for an experience Compliance manager to manage the Compliance and Risk monitoring activities of this expanding insurance organisation.
The role will involve providing compliance support across the business, ensuring that they operate within the regulatory requirements, and driving the Business' understanding of regulatory risk and establishing control frameworks where necessary and liaising across the business at all levels.
The successful applicant will have responsibility for the Health and Safety, take ownership of GDPR requirements, assessing and implementing improvements on the current practice across the business. You will define policies and process for all compliance and regularly review compliance processes and implement adjustments where necessary and document changes. You will monitor ongoing compliance and develop the business' understanding of regulatory risk and to manage all related registers and processes accordingly.
