KHR Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Care Co-ordinator to join a leading home-care provider in the Gravesend area.
The Care Co-ordinator will be responsible for making sure care staff are suitably allocated to provide safe and timely care services to customers in the local community.
In return, you will receive a salary of £18-22,000 per annum + on-call bonus of up to £50 a month and benefits including 28 days holiday and healthcare.
The responsibilities of the Care Coordinator will include:
- Using specific IT systems to allocate care assistants on a day by day basis
- Creating and maintaining staff rotas
- Making sure there is sufficient cover at all times
- Accepting and processing new care referrals
- Maintaining and updating electronic and hand-written records
- General ad-hoc administration duties
The Care Coordinator must have StaffPlan or web roster experience, must be able to drive and have their own transport due to the remote location of the business and will have experience of the care industry.
This is an office-based position and the working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm but the individual must be flexible with hours to suit the needs of the business.
You will also be required to take part in the out of hours, emergency on-call rota when required.
