My client is a well-established Insurance Intermediary based in central Tunbridge Wells that provides a wide range of bespoke insurance products.

Due the natural growth of the company they are looking for an account handler to join there friendly team. The insurance account handler will be responsible for helping to generate new leads and progress existing sources of business, converting leads generated ensuring the clients’ needs are fully represented and hitting/exceeding individual and team targets for income, conversion rates and lead generation.

You will have exposure to managing and processing of policy amendments, queries, refunds and dealing with phone calls from clients on a daily basis. Candidates need to have excellent communication skill and be confident liaising with clients over the phone.

You will be encouraged to undertake CII qualifications and will be fully supported by the client.

Salary £17k - £23k depending on experience
