We're excited to announce we're setting up JCB Renault in Canterbury and we're looking for experienced Service Advisors to join our expanding family!

**Interviews to take place in January**

Your role will be to receive customers and their vehicles, in a friendly and professional manner, plus discuss and confirm their requirements. You will also take responsibility for the customer relationship whilst their vehicle is in for a service or repair.

To be considered for this role, you must have current or very recent experience in the same role in franchised main dealership and have fantastic customer service skills. Ideally, you will have a strong Service Advisor background, be very friendly and will get a buzz out of building new and lasting relationships with our customers. You will also enjoy using your sales skills to sells other products and services that the customers may want or need.

You will be very influential, kind and thorough with everything you do and have the customers' best interests at heart.
